Dr. Novio Manurung, S.H., M.H.

Completed his bachelors’s degree at the Faculty of Law of Parahyangan Catholic University, completed his Master’s degree at the Pelita Harapan University in Law, and completed his doctoral education in the Doctor of Law program at Pelita Harapan University. Dr. Novio Manurung, S.H., M.H. once served as a Bank branch Manager and Financial Advisor, certified in wealth manager and risk management. Dr. Novio Manurung, S.H., M.H., is a legal professional with extensive experience in bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings. As a Receiver and Administrator, he professionally guide companies through insolvency processes. His expertise includes managing both tangible and intangible assets, negotiating with creditors, and overseeing all aspects of bankruptcy procedures, including cases where restructuring is not viable.

Dr. Novio Manurung specializes in litigation and dispute resolution, with particular expertise in banking, project finance, restructuring, bankruptcy, liquidations, environmental, and forestry matters. His deep knowledge and experience in these areas make him a leading authority on finance and banking law within our firm.

Mr. Novio Manurung is a professional licensed Advocate, Receivers and Administrator, who also a member of Indonesian Advocates Organization (Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia/PERADI), Asosiasi Kurator dan Pengurus (AKPI), Association of Professional Data Protection in Indonesia (APPDI), President of Alumni Association of the Faculty of Law, Parahyangan Catholic University (ILUMNI FH UNPAR) 2026 - 2030.
