Ayu is a corporate and commercial lawyer with over 10 years of experience advising clients on complex business transactions. Her practice covers mergers & acquisitions, foreign investment, legal due diligence, commercial contracts, and breach of contract matters. 

She has successfully advised and handled acquisition and investment transactions involving foreign capital under various transaction structures and schemes, including high value corporate transactions. Her experience enables her to provide practical and commercially driven legal solutions aligned with clients’ business objectives. 

Ayu is also a Certified Data Protection Officer (DPO) with in depth knowledge of personal data protection, complemented by experience in property law, entertainment law, and intellectual property rights.
